Patrick Iaboni is the CEO, partner and co-founder of the Berkley Group of Companies and has completed over 40 development projects, representing in excess of 3,500 single family homes and condominium units. The Berkley Group has also completed the acquisition of over $1 billion of income producing properties across Southern Ontario, Florida, Colorado, New York and Texas. Through its Windsor Investments affiliate the Group has placed over $400 million in mezzanine financing across North America. Patrick has extensive experience in all phases of the development process and across various asset classes. Patrick holds a BBA and MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto and was the recipient of the Gold Medal with highest standing in both programs. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at the Schulich School of Business for the past 17 years.
Roland DiGasbarro is a partner and co-founder of the Berkley Group of Companies. He was previously a managing director in the Real Estate Principal Transactions Group at Lehman Brothers in New York City and is currently a director of Professional Bank in Miami. Roland is the CEO of Windsor Capital Corporation, an affiliate of the Berkley Group, and has been directly involved in real estate projects throughout North America valued in excess of $3.5 billion. Roland has over 25 years of experience across all major real estate asset classes and corporate private equity transactions. Roland holds a BBA and MBA in Real Property Development from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
